I am so lucky to have been able to know Auntie Pam as a little girl, a teenager, an adult and as a mother. Pam was always kind to me, my mum and my daughter. I have such fond memories of her and so glad that I got to know her throughout my entire life. Over the last few visits her memory of me faded, but the kindness and caring never did. Spending time with her was always a good experience and I feel honored to have been able to know her and say goodbye to her.

The last time we visited, we spent the afternoon together. We had a lovely time. When I went to go say goodbye to her she said, “I don’t know who you are, but you are lovely and I really like you.” This was the highest compliment I think I could ever receive.

I love you too, Auntie Pam and will continue to honor your memory.
