Dear Mum of Julie, much loved Nan of Dean, Ricky and Danielle, a treasured Great Nan of Reagan and Isla and a dear friend to many.
Phyllis will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her family and many friends.
Funeral Service to be held at Carmountside Crematorium on Friday 20th October at 11am.
Family flowers only please by request. Donations if desired can be made to UHNM Charity in memory of Phyllis.
