James AlbertGEEPassed away at the Derby Royal Hospital on 6th December, aged 79 years.

Jim had been passionate about many things throughout his life, from driving (and being an HGV lorry driver), collecting various objects and his many pets. More recently he loved nothing more than cuddling up with the cats, Lucien and Isis, in bed at night. He liked getting out and about when he could and having the company of others. Visits to his brothers and sisters and their families had always been a favourite. His mobility scooter was a saving grace over the last year. Jim was a proud man whose loud laugh was infectious, and he was fiercely loyal and protective of those closest to him.
He will be very sorely missed by his wife, Janet, his daughter, Deborah, his son-in-law, John and nephews, nieces and friends.

The funeral is to be held in the Anglesey Chapel at Bretby Crematorium on
Wednesday 21st December at 1.45pm.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu will be for Dementia UK.

I’ll miss our many chats Jim, from cats to Submarines and everything in between we had a common interest in! It’s a shock you’ve gone so soon and my heart goes out to Janet Deborah and John at this difficult time x.
