Funeral service to be held at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium, Hull (Large Chapel)
Thursday 2nd April 2026 at 2.30pm.

Dad , what can I say . Thank you for everything you have done for us all over the years . Next Monday , Peter and I will have been married for 30 years . When you walked me down the aisle to give me away , in the same church that you married Mum , it was one of the proudest moments of my life . I love you and miss you , but I am glad you are back together with Mum . I will always remember your wink and l am very proud to be your eldest daughter.xx Heather .

I have known you since I was 17 and it has been my privilege to be your son-in-law for the last 26 years.

Through your own commitment to public service, you inspired your beautiful daughter to become a nurse and it has been a huge source of pride to the whole family to see her support Sylvia through your care, particularly through the last few years and months.

Sleep well Dad, you have earnt it.
