Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 14th October 2015 in Cannon Hill Chapel, Canley Crematorium at 2.15pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to "Cancer Research UK" or "Dementia UK" c/o Henry Ison & Sons 76-78 Binley Road, Stoke, CV3 1FQ.
