Kathryn (Kat)GILLIBRAND11th September 2015 Peacefully in hospital on aged 26 years. Dearly beloved wife of Kevin. Much loved daughter of Roma and step-daughter of John. Loving sister of Hope and Codie. A much loved auntie of Izabelle. A dear grandaughter to Maggie and Brian and cousin of Jodie. Kat will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service will take place at Hesketh Bank Methodist Church on Friday 25th September 2015 at 12.30pm followed by Committal at Southport Crematorium at 2.00pm.
