Passed away peacefully on July 14th 2025 at the RSUH, Neil aged 82 years of Brown Edge.

Much loved dad of Nick, Rachael, Alex and Liam. Neil was greatly loved and will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends, and fondly remembered by former colleagues and students.

Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Chapel on Thursday August 7th, at 1pm. Followed by interment at Brown Edge Lawn Cemetery.

Will relatives and friends kindly meet at Carmountside.

Following the interment everyone is warmly invited to join the family for refreshments at Brown Edge Village Hall.

Family flowers only please, donations preferred for British Heart Foundation or Operation Spitfire

Dear Neil I can't believe that you have gone. Prior to your illness you were filled with tremendous energy and a strong motivation to successfully complete any task or project you had taken on. We were very proud of you and your many accomplishments. We will miss you so very much. Rest in peace Neil.
