Well known ice cream man in Onthank. Beloved brother and uncle.

Funeral service will take place at St Joseph's RC Church on Wednesday 6th March 2024 at 10.00am thereafter to Kilmarnock Cemetery arriving at 11.00am.

The best ice cream man ever. Knew everyone and everyone knew him. Alfie seemed to have been around forever. So sad to hear this news and many around Onthank will feel the same. Condolences to his family. RIP Alfie!

Well what can I say !? Alfie you put up with all us kingswell avenue lot through the 80s up and down that road with your ice cream van and what a lovely man you were! Nothing ever a problem and always a kind smile on your face .
