Special thanks to the Rev Alex Brown for his kind words and ministrations, thanks also to the staff at the CGH Ward 121, the recovery unit and ICU, especially Gillian and Josie and finally to all the staff at H Dale Funeral Service, particularly to Jackie for her support and help with the arrangements. WIFE I can't get used to losing you, no matter how I try, you'll always be within my heart until the day I die. It broke my heart to lose you but you never went alone, a part of me went with you when God called you to his home.
