My grandmother, mrs Hilda E Roberts, taught English at St Edmunds during and after WWII and then ran the school library.

I am doing some research on my grandmother, and have been trying in vain to buy or borrow Kathleen Goodacre’s book - a History of St. Edmund's School.

I’d be very grateful if anyone can advise me how to get access to this book.

Thanks in advance

So sad to have just heard of your passing, Mrs Goodacre. A wonderful head teacher and kind human being. You will never be forgotten by the girls of St. Edmunds. May God keep you close in his arms.
