SamuelGRAHAMSam's family would like to thank the many people who have shown so much kindness to us following his death. We were moved by the number of relatives and friends who attended his funeral and made donations to Leukaemia Research and also by the words and reflections of David Rhodes who took the service. Many thanks must go to all staff on Melly Ward, George Eliot Hospital for the excellent care shown to Sam during his illness - in particular Staff Nurse Emma. Thanks also to Griff and Coton Sports Club for the buffet. Finally, a sincere thanks to David Devall and his team for their professionalism, attention to detail and compassion.
