Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on 15th January, aged 82 years old.
Beloved husband of the late Teresa, dearly loved Dad to Lisa, Sarah & Anna, special Granda to Matthew, Lucy, Christopher & Joseph and treasured father-in-law to Tom, Paul & Gary. A very special brother, brother-in-law, uncle, neighbour and friend.
Tom will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
Please meet for a Requiem Mass at Corpus Christi RC Church, Bensham, on Thursday 29th January at 1pm followed by committal at Saltwell Crematorium at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, are welcomed to charities close to Tom's heart.
The family wish to give special thanks to all the staff of St Bede's at the QE Hospital for their amazing care.
