Passed peacefully after a sudden illness on 1st January 2022, aged 77 years, William (Billy) Devoted husband to Evelyn (nee Saunders) Loving dad to Billy and Darren and a dear father-in-law to Caroline and the late Helen. Very special grandad to Samantha and her husband, Jonny, Jack, Lewis and Nathan. Cherished great grandad to Niamh. Billy will be missed by all of his nieces and nephews, and his many friends from around the globe. Billy's funeral service will take place on Thursday 27th January at Holy Trinity Church, High Usworth, at 11am,followed by committal service at Birtley Crematorium, 12 noon.
