Joan MargaretGRATTAGEIt is with great sadness to announce Joan fell asleep peacefully at home on 21st June 2023, aged 83 years, with her loving daughter by her side. A devoted and beloved wife to the late Ted, may they rest together again, in eternal peace, where they will be reunited with her loving parents George and Lena. A precious mum to Paula, and treasured mother in law to Steven. Much loved nana to her grand-daughters Jade and Paige, and their partners Andrew and Adam. Joan, a wonderful great nana to Ramsay. An unforgettable sister to Graham and her late twin sister Patricia. She will be greatly missed by all her treasured family and friends. A special mention to her dedicated carers who came in and looked after her, the family want to thank you for your kindness and care shown. Her funeral service is to be held on Wednesday 19th July 2023 at 1pm Carmountside Crematorium. Mourners are kindly asked to meet at the service and to wear traditional funeral attire please. Immediate family flowers only please, however if you wish to donate in loving memory of Joan, donations towards the Douglas Macmillan Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
