Hazel EmmaGRIFFITHSSadly passed away 26th October 2019. Much loved Wife, Mum and Grandma, will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service to be held at Cambridge Crematorium East Chapel on Wednesday 13th November at 1.30pm. Family flowers only. Family have requested that something bright to be worn in memory of Hazel.
