Five Years Today

Five years ago today, my lovely mum passed away. It’s hard to believe how much time has gone by, and yet there isn’t a single day I don’t think about her. So much has happened since then that I wish I could share with her.

The kids are doing so well Jack has qualified with his degree, and Leilah has gone back to college to follow her own path. I know she’d be so proud of them both. I’ve changed my career and found new purpose, but there’s always that feeling of wanting to pick up the phone and tell her what’s new, to hear her voice and her laugh again.

Life keeps moving forward, but the love and memories never fade. She’s still very much a part of who we are in our stories, our smiles, and the way we look after one another.

Miss you, Mum, always.

Miss our chats and moaning about others over coffee we used to do daily
Bought your usual flowers as we do every anniversary,birthday and Christmas
The boys are smashing life I couldn't be any prouder than I am of them and I'm sure you would be as well Education and jobs has definitely come first for them both
Josh has just got his 1st flat with Shar so left with moan alot at home for now
Hope it's nice and relaxed where ever you may be
You both live on in my heart
And will never be forgotten
