PamGWINNETTStan would like to thank relatives, friends and all who attended Pam's funeral and for the donations gratefully received in her memory. Special thanks to the District Nurses, nurses from Treetops Hospice, care staff from Cedar House, Leylands, nursing staff at the Royal Derby Hospital and Leylands support staff for the kind and compassionate care they all gave to Pam and Stan. Thank you to the Doctors and staff at Friar Gate Surgery, especially Dr. Trafford, for their care and help over the years of Pam's illness.
