StephenHACKNEYLesley and the Family of the late Stephen Hackney would like to thank all Relatives, Friends, Work Colleagues and Neighbours for their beautiful floral tributes, cards of condolence and kind expressions of sympathy received during their recent and very sad loss. Lesley wishes also to thank her close Family for their wonderful support and caring attention shown to Stephen throughout his illness. Special thanks are extended to the Macmillan Nurses, District Nurses, Family Doctor, the Care Support Unit and all Staff at Christies Hospital who cared so excellently and professionally for Stephen. Thanks also to Mike George for his beautifully arranged tribute to Stephen. Thanks to Frank Massey and Son Ltd for their professional and caring arrangements.
