Suddenly at home on 31st March aged 91 years, Hazel (nee Smith).
Dearly loved wife of the late Doug, dearest Mam of Janis and of son-in-law Malcolm and a much loved grandma of Gemma and Stacey and of great-grandchildren Alex, Sophie, Gracie and Rosie. Also a dear sister of the late Bob.
Friends invited to service at Saltwell Crematorium on Wednesday 17th April at 10.30am.
Family flowers only please but donations in lieu may be given at the service for the Women's Cancer Detection Society, Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
