It was a pleasure to have got to know you and pull your pints when you came to the Double Gloucester Inn when Terry and I ran it back in the late 70’s and early 80’s. We particularly enjoyed your dry humour. You will be missed by so many. Love Betty Martin.

One of my memories of Phil will always be of our wedding day, when it was extremely hot. We escaped, and he drove us around for much-needed air. Losing someone so vital to your family is heartbreaking. Sorry for your loss, Nicky, Anita and Family,
We are here for you in any way we can be.
Sarah, James and Family xxxx

Dear Phil,
I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect brother.
I’m so sad that you were taken far too soon.
You will always be in my heart.
Your loving brother, Mike. xx
