MairiHALLPeacefully after a long battle against illness on 7th August 2022 at Vale of Leven Hospital. Beloved wife of David, much loved mother of Andrew and grandmother of Olivia and Charlotte, cherished daughter of Mairi and the late John Howieson. Greatly loved sister, aunt and a dear friend to many. Funeral service at Cardross Crematorium on Friday 19th August at 1.15pm. Please wear something colourful. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Hematology Unit, Vale of Leven Hospital.

Mum, I still miss you every day and always will. Girls talk about you all the time and miss the quality time we all had together. Olivia is growing even more into a young woman. Charlie's just Charlie. Has so many of your mannerisms and tells us all to "chop chop".
I wish I could give you a call or come for a visit. Need some of the brilliant advice you always could be relied for. More than anything, I just want a hug.

Mum, every day you're in my thoughts. Day and night I remember the most happiest of memories and best of times. I would give anything to get to live those times again.

You had an incredible way with people, which is something I loved and admired. From being able to talk me down when my diabetes made me confused to helping Olivia and Charlotte understand the beautiful things in life. Everybody I that has shared their memories of you say how reliable and loved you are. You touched so many people, and with that you will live on in our hearts and memories.

I'm so proud of you.
