Our hearts have been left broken since the day you had to go, the memories we treasure dearly are in the tears that flow. You're in our thoughts every day and that's how it will always be, for you are up in heaven now but you'll always be with me. I'm sure you'll party and celebrate with both your Grandad's and I'm sure they'll make your day as special as you are. We wish you could be with us today on your special day. Our lovely boy. Thinking of you today and always. Everyone’s life moves on. Everyone is able to celebrate big milestones with their kids. Unfortunately it’s something we can’t do. Callum you have left a massive hole in my life. My first born, the one who made me a mam. The one who taught me what it was like to love someone so much. You were truly an inspiration. Even through all your pain you remained positive and often picked me up. My world was a brighter place with you in it. I love and miss you always son. Love Mam xxxx
