MatthewHAMof Axbridge passed away suddenly on 16th August 2019, aged 48 years. Beloved son, brother, father and partner who will be greatly missed. Funeral service to be held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Tuesday 10th September at 1.00pm. Formal dress not required.
