StephenHAMBLETONSharron, Martin, Natalie, Drew, Olivia-Rose, Jessica and Edward would sincerely like to thank all relatives and friends who attended the funeral service of Stephen and for all of the overwhelming messages of sympathy, cards and donations for the Oesophageal Patients Association that we have received following our sad loss. The attendance at the church was a tribute to a wonderful Husband, Dad, Grandad, Father-in-Law, Son-in-Law, Brother, Brother-in-Law, and Uncle. A special word of thanks to the Reverend Nigel Irons for a beautiful service, a thank you to Pets at Home and to S. Sigley and Sons for all of their kind help and finally to the amazing staff on ward 109 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital.
