Mark StephenHAMESPassed away peacefully at The Laurels Nursing Home on 3rd November 2025, aged 59 years. In loving memory of a special father, he will be missed by his partner, family and friends. He will always be in our hearts and deeply missed.
'Always gone, never forgotten'
A service will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Friday 9th January at 13:30. A wake will immediately follow at The Standing Order, Iron Gate, Derby. Flowers are welcome, however, donations can be made at the service to Dementia UK.
