TraceyHAMMERSLEYPeacefully at her Mam's home on Thursday, January 6, daughter to Margaret and Lawrence, mother to Dean, Chelsea, Courtney and Shannon, sister to Christine and the late Anthony and Auntie. Funeral service at St. Bede's, Chapel, Teesside Crematorium, prior to burial on Tuesday, January 18 at 9.30am. Resting at her sister's residence.

12 years was all we had together, we were robbed. You closed your eyes and took a huge part of me with you, I don't know how to be me without you. Mother's day was yesterday and as always very painful, I'd do anything just to stroke your face and tell you I love you. Your grandson William has been told about you ever since he was born and keeps a photo of you in his room, i know you'd of been the most amazing nanna. I'll see you soon Mama, I love you and I miss you xxx Courtney xxx
