EmmaHAMPTONPassed away peacefully in hospital on 16th August, aged 36 years, after a courageous battle with cancer.
A devoted and loving mum to Niamh and Naomi, adored daughter of Marina, cherished sister to Laura, and remembered always by Adam, the father of her children and a special part of her life, and by Dave, who was like a father to her. A much-loved niece and cousin, and a dear friend to many who will forever treasure her memory.
Funeral service to be held on Friday 12th September at 11am at Stockton Crematorium, followed by interment at Thornaby Cemetery. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend.
