JeanetteHANMERWorrel (Jan) Died on 10th July 2008. Suddenly but peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital. Jeanette would I'm sure have wished to thank all the family, friends and hospital staff who have helped and assisted her in the last year of illness, for the many cards and wishes. Jan wished to be buried in woodland in her home County of Worstershire England which was on Friday 18th July. Sadly missed. (Geoff).
