JohnHARDAKEREileen would like to thank those who helped John throughout his illness, staff and doctors at Cumberland House Surgery, especially Dr Hughes, the attention to care team, all the nurses and doctors on ward 9B Southport Hospital for their kindness and care. At the Committal, Rev Martin Abrams gave a beautiful address summing up Johns life. I should also like to thank Alan and Ragan from Moisters for their patient help and advice. Grateful thanks to all who made donations to the Parkinsons UK Southport Branch as well as sending many wonderful cards.
