We will always remember Michael for the lovely gentleman he was. Excellent pool player for the Grimsby Triers and superb football fan. He was a very good friend to the late Jim and we will always think of him with love.

Oh my goodness, I just heard about Michel. Rest in peace, he was such a young and lively soul. I remember the first time I met him with his mom at the post office on Cleethorpes road. He was always so sweet and kind to me and my mom. It's been so long since we've seen each other, my nephew was still in infants school on Eliston street. I remember seeing him again at the disco on Monday nights, he loved it so much. I even bumped into him on Queen St. I'm so sad to hear this news, I've been in tears since yesterday. I'll miss you, Michel. I hope we meet again someday. Rest in peace. Lots of love, Edith.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Michael. He was a lovely lad. I knew him and the Tryers from when they played their pool matches at The Casablanca Club. They were all lovely lads. I used to see Michael on the number 9 bus and he would always save me a seat. He would always say he remembered me and said my name Sheran.xx God bless Michael.xx

I also used to see him on the 9 bus. He would always call me to sit with him and we would chat until he got off in town. Sleep well Michael.xx Sheran.
