Another year has passed since my father in law shed the mortal coils of human life.
Not a day goes past when his daughter Trisha & I do not think of him or indeed mum.
Today 15th November 2025 I remember my father in law as the prankster, Dad loved to play jokes.
The simplest was he’d clip Clothes pegs to your jumper, coat or shirt tail and say nothing until you’d find it when taking the coat off. He’d sometimes suddenly appear dressed up like a Mexican complete with a sombrero or as a shepherd at Christmas .

He had a truly fun sense of humour .Truly a wonderful person.
He was the best of us .
R.I.P Dad Hardy Love your Daughter Trisha & Son in Law Chris

It’s hard to believe Dad Hardy has been gone now over a year. During the end of 2021 and throughout 2022 Kay (Barry’s Wife) Trisha (Barry’s Daughter) & Chris (Barry’s son in law) have visited his resting place on numerous occasions planting flowers & tidying it making sure all is well.
We all miss his smile, his joking around & yes, his empty chair reminds us of the days he was with us
May he be in the most peaceful of places
