My Taid you brought so much joy, laughter, and warmth into my life. Losing you so suddenly has been incredibly hard, and it still doesn’t feel real that you’re gone.

I still can’t believe we won’t sitting side by side watching football, getting caught up in every moment of the game. It was never just about football, it was about being with you.

You had such a way of making life fun. Whether we were singing karaoke — sometimes brilliantly, sometimes not — or going to festivals, you made every moment feel special. You didn’t just go through life, you lived it, and you made sure the people around you did too.

I’ll always treasure our theatre trips. Sitting together, laughing, watching everything unfold — those are memories I’ll hold onto forever.

But more than anything, I’ll remember you for who you were: kind, full of life, and someone who made people feel happy just by being there. You gave us so many memories that will stay with me forever.

Even though you’re not here, I’ll still think of you in all those moments — every match I watch, every song I sing, every time I laugh.

I love you always Taid xxxx

I was lucky enough to work very closely with Nick for four years. He is one of the most principled people I have ever met, a hard worker who quickly developed from a colleague to a friend. Quick to laugh, with a great sense of humour. Being part of supper club meant we also got to indulge our mutual enjoyment of good food. You brightened and enriched my life, you will be greatly missed.
