Arnold GeoffreyHARPERPassed away peacefully in hospital on 2nd February 2019, aged 90 years. Now joyfully reunited with his loving wife, Iris. Arnold will be missed greatly by his many friends, especially close friend Ivan and his family, Robert and his wife, former work colleagues and associates at Wardle Conservative Club.
