Jacob JamesHARTLANDPeacefully on Tuesday 10th September 2024, Jake of Y Derwydd Burry Port, sadly passed away surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Carol, devoted father, cherished grandfather and much loved great grandfather. Jake will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Llanelli Crematorium on Wednesday 25th September 2024 at 10am. Family flowers only. Hi Carol, I am saddened to hear of the loss of Jakey, I used to ride pillion passenger with Jake on his Honda Dream 250cc, motor bike that was when I was a only kid, my thoughts go out to Carol and family at this time.
Jake was a great guy, and was well respected by all who knew him.
