Service at Haltemprice Crematorium on Wednesday 25th February at 1.30pm and you are invited to join the family afterwards at the Springhead Golf Club, Kingston Road, Hull.
Family flowers only please although donations maybe left after the service for the families chosen charities.
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in and add some colour to celebrate Andys life.
