RobertHAZELDINE(BOB) Hazel, Gary, Kelly and Karen and extended family wish to convey their sincere and grateful thanks to the many relatives, colleagues, friends and neighbours and all who attended the service for their hundreds of messages of sympathy, letters, cards of condolence, floral tributes and generous donations. We have been overwhelmed by your kindness and generous support during this sad time, with donations totalling £1,510 for St Lukes (Cheshire) Hospice. Thank you. Special thanks also to all staff at St Lukes (Cheshire) Hospice, Winsford, for their care and kindness shown to Robert during his final weeks, Dr Raeburn, Earnswood Medical Centre for his medical care, Sue Stubbs, Liz Yarwood, Wythenshawe Hospital and the district nurses team for their support over the past 8 months. Grateful thanks to Father Charles Razzall and Rev'd Philip Goggin for the lovely service and to John and Steven for the readings, also thanks to Doris and staff at Oxleys Funeral Services for their support and guidance with the funeral arrangements
