John Hazelwood Cbe DlHAZELWOODDied peacefully on 12 November 2025, aged 91 in Minchinhampton after a fulfilled life; the last four decades of which were in Gloucestershire.

He leaves his wife, twin sons and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Minchinhampton at 12.30 on Tuesday 9th December 2025.
