May JimHAZLETTand family wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their sad bereavement, also for cards, flowers and masses. Thanks to Father Keogh for a lovely mass and tribute to May, also to Barry and the staff of Thomas Rea and Sons. Thanks also to Mel Smith Macmillan Nurse, the district nurses and carers who worked tirelessly to make May's last days painfree and peaceful. And finally thanks also to Doctor R. Lama of Thornaby Medical Centre.
