Hazel leaves behind a loving husband John.
Adored Mum to Andrew, David, and Jonathan,
And a much loved Mother in law to Debs and Jemma,
A loved Nanny to Becky, Amy, James and Millie and 2 great grandchildren.
Also, A loving sister and sister-in-law.
The Funeral Service will be held at
Canley Crematorium Charter Chapel on
Wednesday 3rd April 2024 10am.
