KeithHEPPENSTALLSusan and family wish to thank most sincerely, all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and for the beautiful flowers received in their recent sad loss of a much loved husband, dad and grandad. The presence of so many at Keith's funeral service was a great support to us all and much appreciated as are the donations given for the Dialysis Satellite Unit at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and The Renal Unit, St James' Hospital Leeds. Grateful thanks to all the doctors and nurses and ward J49 at St James' Hospital for all their care, kindness and attention. Special thanks to Rev Di Ellerton for her visit, kind words and wonderful service and to Gwen and all at Radcliffe Funeral Service for their kindness, help and support with the funeral arrangements.
