Michael DavidHEWITSONPassed away at home with his wife Lorraine and children Nicola, Helen, Robert, Rachael and Andrew at his bedside, also his grandchildren. Private service at home followed by interment at Thornhill, Woodlands. Many thanks to Marie Curie team and district Nurses for all their help and support. Safe in the arms of God.

Thinking of you today gramps. I always keep the bible you gave me near my bed. It’s got all your handwritten notes in it & highlighted verses. Some pages got drops of coffee on them. & still got bits of tobacco in the pages. It’s priceless. Remember when you’d give me a dash of wine in lemonade & we would sit watching Rambo in the back room. I always drink earl grey tea with a cigar coz reminds me of your office. Wish we could just turn the clock back & have all those moments again. Take it easy gramps

Went up the cemetery to leave roses for you and mum, and Jack and Riley planted a little Xmas tree for you both .
Miss you both so much , life has changed forever .

Take it easy gramps we all miss you. A robin flew in my room twice the other day & I kept thinking it was you. I left some bread crumbs on the windowsill if it was you. From granary bread too, got all the nice seeds on it. send my love to nan & help us all get rich & retire in the Bahamas where you got bit by a shark. Thanks for everything
