Michael WhitakerHEYOn January 6th, 2016 Peacefully on ward 6D at Calderdale Royal Hospital with family by his side. Mick aged 81 of Hove Edge, formally of Slaithwaite and Rishworth, the dearly loved husband of Pauline (Polly), much loved dad of Andrew, Richard, Nicholas and Rachel, loving grandad of Stephanie, Michelle, Adam, Clara, Jordan, Joshua and Finlay. Also great-grandad Mick to Ryan, William, Isaac, Mila and Nancy. Sadly missed father-in-law, brother-in-law and a good friend to many. Service and Cremation to take place at Park Wood Crematorium, Elland on Tuesday, January 19th at 3.45pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu as desired to Macmillan Cancer Research and Overgate Hospice. A donation box will be available after the Service.
