The obituary notice of Raymond Milton HEY

So sorry to hear that Mr Hey, my Chief Officer for about 10 years, has passed on. He was a life Member of the Trading Standards Institute, (now CTSI) a lovely man much respected by his staff, Member of the Northern branch, the National Institute and the College of Fellows.
Condolences to the Family; it is practice within the Profession to prepare a suitable tribute to inform the wider Membership of the contribution made to that Profession. If the family wish to assist with this I would be very grateful.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Mr Hey, my Chief Officer at Trading Standards, Northumberland. He was a lovely Man, of fairness and presence, respected by those who worked for him, The Northern Branch of the Institute and the National Chief Officers.
Mr Hey was a Life Member and strong supporter of The Trading Standards Institute, (Now CTSI) and it is the practice that a suitable tribute is paid to him to Members. If the Family wish to assist with that tribute, I would be very grateful.
