PeterHEYWORTHMr Peter Heyworth, of Greave Close, Bacup died suddenly on Friday, March 5, aged 66. A service followed by cremation will be held on Wednesday, March 24 at Burnley Crematorium conducted by Mr Peter Goulding. Born in Littleborough, Peter lived at Olive Street, Stacksteads until moving to Bacup after his marriage where he lived for the rest of his life. He was employed by The Valley Supply Company as a motor mechanic for many years, and also worked at a garage in Rawtenstall until his retirement. Peter’s hobbies were cycling, swimming and weight training at the Pioneer Gym in Bacup. He also enjoyed driving his kit car which his brother-in-law built. He leaves his wife Carol, daughter Terrie, son-in-law Mark, grandsons Josh and Lucas, sister Lynn, brother-in-law Philip, nephews and many friends.
