PhyllisHILLPassed away peacefully 18th August 2011 Mom We sat beside your bedside, we talked to you and cried, we stroked your hair and kissed you, the tears we could not hide. We held your hand mom to the end, this memory we will keep. So tired you couldn't fight anymore, all you wanted was to sleep. You were a truly wonderful mom. We will always carry you in our hearts, sleep tight our much loved mom, we love you always, your heart broken sons and daughters and sons and daughters in law. Nan, Great Nan and Great great Nan To us you were so special, someone warm and true, you'll never be forgotten, we thought the world of you. You closed your eyes and fell asleep. God took your hand whilst we did weep. God Bless and thank you so much for being in our lives. We will never forget you. We loved you dearly. xxx
