SylviaHILTONSadly passed away on 7th December 2025. Aged 77 years.

Loving partner of Ian, cherished mum of Elizabeth, Helen and John. A much adored Grandma and Great Grandma.

Service to take place at Haltemprice Crematorium on Monday 22nd December 2025 at 9:30am.

Family flowers only please but donations may be left if desired for Hull Animal Welfare Trust.

We would like to thank all the staff of Ward 70, Hull Royal Infirmary for their care to Sylvia and the support to her family.

Love and miss you so much Nana, my heart has being broken since the day you passed and still breaking now, I was a minute or a few minutes away before you took your last breath.
The night before I visited you and you tried to say goodnight and love you just before I left, I will cherish those words for the rest of my life along with everything you have ever done for me and my little ones.

Thank you for being you, this isn't a goodbye it's until we meet again. R.i.p you beautiful beautiful lady ❤️❤️
