Special thanks to Brian, Pauline and Mo for their support at this most difficult time. Thank you to Julie, Lisa and staff at the Waltham Royal British Legion for organising and hosting the wake. Finally, thank you to the wonderful staff on Ward A1 at Princess Diana of Wales Hospital, Grimsby for treating Anne with such dignity. We will be forever grateful.
