Thankyou for the rugby & boxing tips Brain. Thankyou for all the ice-cream, juice and Cheerios. I enjoyed weekends at your house digging, planting and listening to your stories.
Thanks for everything Brian.
Keep looking after my nanna.

Sending our sincere condolences to Brian's family. Myself and my husband had the pleasure of meeting Brian when we became neighbours(49) of Alma. What a gentleman he was. I loved listening to his stories about his life and loved how he always had time for a natter over the garden fence.
Rest peacefully Brian. Time to be back with your loved one's.

I am finding it very difficult to use or find the words at this moment in time. I have lost my best friend, my Dad and the man I idolised words don't seem to for fill my feelings what I would like to say.

Here goes

Going to miss you, miss you already, I thought you were invincible sadly I was proven wrong, I thought you would last forever life doesn't allow for that. Hope you are in peace, happy and content. Say Hi to Alma and my gran two important people in your life you can now share your time with.

I will get a final chance to say goodbye on Friday although sad times I will always have you in my heart. I will look back on our times in such fond memories and that will bring back the smile.

I sit here writing these words with a tear in my eye and I don't know why all I can think of is Only Fools and Horses TV program. We sat and watched them together with tears in both our eyes. Funny what you remember when someone has gone?

Goodbye for now Dad I will love you for ever and always.

Steve
