Patricia AnnHIPKISSPAT Sadly passed away on 9th November 2018 aged 73 years at Good Hope Hospital. Much missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service to take place on Monday 26th November 2018 12.30pm at Lichfield and District Crematorium, Fradley. Donations if desired to support the work of Ward 23, Good Hope Hospital, who cared for Pat in her time of need.
