Ivan MalcolmHIRSTMichael, Julie and families would like to thank most sincerely, all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations received for Barnsley District Hospital Charity Fund (ward 29 and end of life care team) in their recent sad loss of a much loved dad, grandad, brother and uncle. A special thank you to Dr Shaw and staff at Shepley Health Centre, Shepley Pharmacy, Locala Care Team, the District Nurses and the staff on ward 29 and end of life care at Barnsley District Hospital for all their care and kindness given to Ivan and his family. Thanks to Dianne Hughes for her comforting service, Tina and staff at the Black Bull Shepley for their hospitality, Teresa Moorhouse for her superb catering and Andrew at Radcliffe Funeral Service for his help and guidance with the funeral arrangements.
